The film includes interviews with veterans of military intelligence Lieutenant General V. Prokhorov, Colonel V. Bochkarev (sinhr.), Doctor of Historical Sciences Hans Koppi, political scientist Helmut Müller-Enberg. Newsreel footage of the 2nd World War, depicting Hitler, Goering, Goebbels and other leaders of the 3rd Reich, People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs of the USSR V.M. Molotov, Romanian dictator Antonescu, the events that took place in Germany, in Romania during the 1st World War, the entry of Soviet troops into Romania, views of one of the Czechoslovak cities. The film uses photographs and documents stored in the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents, the family archive of Hans Koppi.
