Abstract
Fishermen of the Nivkh people in boats pull out nets with fish; drying fish on the shore. Nivkh women sing a folk song. Oil fields; oil rigs; an oil drill is lowered into a well; oil installations are in operation. The ocean steamer is sailing, the movement of the train on the railway, the passage of the car on the highway. Cities: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Okha; streets, houses, buildings, urban transport. Landscapes: ocean shore, mountain stream, forest, mountains covered with conifers.
