Abstract
Workshops of the Moscow Refinery (Sugar) Plant. On the assembly line are girls who have come from different cities of the Soviet Union, who have entered into an agreement with the company on obtaining an apartment and a Moscow residence permit after five years of work at a refinery. A two-room apartment in which 4 girls live - workers of the refinery. The girls are doing household chores. One of the girls, Luda, speaks (synchronously) about the difficult working conditions at the plant: working in 3 shifts, unfavorable workplaces, housing problems. Female workers of the plant at dances, skiing. Seeing off at the Kursk station of the former worker of the Moscow Refinery L. Kolpakova, leaving Moscow for the city of Bogoroditsk, Tula region due to family circumstances. L. Kolpakova with her brother and grandmother at home in the city of Bogoroditsk.
