Abstract
1h - Boarding passengers on a train at one of the stations. The driver is preparing the locomotive for work, the train is moving. The Trans-Siberian Express is on the way. The train moves along the railway, the fireman throws coal into the furnace. The station attendant is talking on the phone; the switchmen play cards, one of the switchmen moves the arrow; a freight train is on the way of a passenger train. The train driver slows down. Railroad workers are discussing the incident. 2h - Morning in the driver's family. The driver is going to work. The driver's assistants are cleaning the locomotive. A train with the heroes - the Chelyuskinites - approaches the station platform. People on the platform meet heroes, including O. Yu. Schmidt. Chelyuskinites are passing by car in Moscow.
