Abstract
The educational film consists of seven fragments. Filmed by order of the Gorky All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine. First part. FRAGMENT I. CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF APPLICATION OF SOFT BANDAGES. Nurses show the correct application of soft bandages. In the course of the demonstration, the following explanatory inscriptions appear: “Strengthening bandages”; "Mastizol bandage"; "The bandage is applied when the mastizol has dried well"; "Kerchief bandage"; "The bandage is lipcoplastic." In the fragment there is an animation explaining the application of the kerchief bandage. FRAGMENT II. BANDAGES. Nurses show the correct application of the bandages. During the demonstration, the following explanatory inscriptions appear: “The bandaged part of the body must be in the position in which it will be after bandaging”; "Each dressing begins with a circular (circular) stroke"; “Each turn of the bandage overlaps the previous one by two-thirds”; "For a snug fit, the bandage is folded"; "A turtle bandage is applied in the area of bent joints"; "Eight-shaped bandage"; “In the area of the shoulder joint, the eight-shaped bandage turns out to be spike-shaped”; "Returning bandage". Part II. FRAGMENT III. The nurse shows the application of bandages on the head. In the course of the demonstration, the following explanatory inscriptions appear: "Head bandage with a cap"; "Hat of Hippocrates ... with a bandage with two heads"; "Patch on one eye"; "Blindfold on both eyes." The fragment contains an animation explaining the bandage on one eye. FRAGMENT IV. UPPER LIMBS BANDAGES The nurse demonstrates the application of bandages to the upper limbs. During the demonstration, the following explanatory inscriptions appear: "Bandage on one finger"; "Bandage on the thumb"; “On all fingers.” The nurse demonstrates the application of bandages to the front of the torso. In the course of the demonstration, an explanatory inscription appears: "Bandage on both breasts", ... The third part. ... "Dezo bandage"; "... the second round." FRAGMENT VI. TAPES ON THE ABDOMINAL AREA: The nurse demonstrates the application of bandages to the abdomen. During the demonstration, the following explanatory inscriptions appear: "Bandage on both groins"; "Bandage on the perineum"; "... much easier T-shaped bandage." FRAGMENT VII. BANDAGES ON THE LOWER LIMBS »The nurse shows the application of bandages on the lower limbs. During the demonstration, the following explanatory inscriptions appear: "Ankle bandage"; "Bandage on the foot without fingers"; "Bandage for the whole foot"; “In the future, the moves are repeated, as in the bandage on the foot without fingers”; “Correctly applied bandage is the key to a quick recovery of the patient.” FRAGMENT VIII. APPLICATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL PACKAGE. The nurse opens the individual package of the Red Army soldier lying on the grass, takes out a sterile bandage, iodine and bandages his hand.
