Abstract
2nd Ukrainian Front, May 7, 1945 Artillery fire from guns of different calibers - preparation for an offensive north of Mikulov. At the observation post, the Soviet command: Marshal R. Ya. Malinovsky, commander Shumilov and others. Soviet aircraft over enemy positions. 1505 self-propelled regiment on the march: halt; lunch Surrender and interrogation of German prisoners. The funeral of Soviet soldiers. In front of the military unit, the commander reads the order to end the war. Residents of the village of Vedernice joyfully greet Soviet soldiers on Victory Day.
