Coconut palms, bananas; parrot on the tree, monkey jumping on the branches of the tree. Rice fields; sugarcane. Liberian village. The villagers work in the fields and do household chores. City of Monrovia. Capitol building, university, power plant; hotel construction, highway repair. The only railroad leading to Monrovia. Unloading a ship in the port of Monrovia. Meeting at the airport of delegations of foreign countries who arrived at the official inauguration ceremony of the President and Vice-President of the Republic of Liberia, including the USSR delegation headed by N. A. Mukhitdinov. Hall of the presidential palace. W. Tubman takes the oath of office at the inauguration of the president. The oath is given by the Vice-President W. Tolbert. Military parade and festive carnival procession on the occasion of the inauguration of President W. Tubman. Reception hosted by President W. Tubman. N. A. Mukhitdinov read out the message of K. E.
