Abstract
The newsreel includes the following plots: 1st plot. The plot tells about a new method of growing crystals - using a laser beam: a view of a crystal, an employee of a research institute turns on a laser installation, looks through the eyepiece of the device; type of crystals grown. 2-nd plot. The plot tells about how paleontologists work. An employee of the research institute processes with a special composition the ancient remains of a prehistoric animal - a dinosaur, holds the fragments of the bone skeleton together, studies the catalog of fossil animals; scientists collect a dinosaur skeleton in the hall of the Paleontological Museum. The artist makes drawings of different types of dinosaurs. 3rd plot. The plot is dedicated to the artist Sergei Malyutin, who was the first to invent the Russian nesting doll. Portrait of the artist Sergei Malyutin; view of the first Russian nesting doll; different types of nesting dolls, incl. in the images of literary characters; a master grinds a nesting doll on a lathe. 4th plot. The plot tells about the theater of animals them. Durov. Performances of the theater's animal artists: monkey, elephant, dog, sea lions; the head of the theater, tamer N.Yu.Durova trains sea lions.
