Abstract
Russia, Sevastopol, March 28, 1914 - Emperor Nicholas II comes ashore from the boat, his retinue and naval officers are on the shore, ships are at sea. Nicholas II, accompanied by his retinue (P.K. Benkendorf, A.N. Grabbe, I.K.Grigorovich, V.N. Nicholas II inspects young soldiers. Nicholas II gets into a boat and sails away from the pier. In front of the barracks there is a formation of young sailors and a military band. Nicholas II accepts the report, walks, accompanied by his retinue, the formation of sailors. The ranks of young sailors pass by Nicholas II. Nicholas II is talking with IK Grigorovich, officers are standing nearby. Combat formation of sailors. Nicholas II, accompanied by his retinue, bypasses the formation of young sailors, leaves the gates of the barracks of the Black Sea naval crew, descends the embankment stairs to the sea.
