Abstract
World War II veteran, former prisoner of the Pischelsdorf concentration camp in Austria, French citizen Jean Calderan and his wife, a resident of Kursk, former prisoner of the Pischelsdorf concentration camp Larisa Mushkina, their children - Serge and Colette - are reading letters at the table in their apartment in Kursk from family and friends from France, looking at photographs. J. Calderan and members of his team are working on the construction of a hotel in Kursk. J. Calderan, his wife and children ride a boat on the river.
