Abstract
The film tells about the journey of the Pomor Koch team from the coast of Alaska to the Aleutian Islands and further to the coast of California. The film includes the following filming: preparation of the ship for sailing, views of the village of Scammonbey in Alaska, life of the inhabitants of the village, sailing of the ship, koch "Pomor" in the sea, view of the Aleutian Islands, the town of Unalashka on one of the islands of the Aleutian ridge, life of the ship's crew "Pomor", a view of the Orthodox Church of the Ascension, parishioners pray in the temple, a Russian cemetery in the town, views of Seattle, a visit to a ship by Seattle residents, a view of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Seattle, parishioners in the temple, views of Vancouver, indigenous people - Indians beat drums dancing.
