Abstract
A film about the bell-ringer. The heroes of the film work as bell-ringer in various churches in Russia, talk about their lives (sinhr.): Former front-line soldier, communist I.D. Samoilov (Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior in the village of Nizhnyaya Sinyachikha, Sverdlovsk region), who left the business of N.P. Golovlev (Church of St. Nicholas Zayitsky in Moscow), former drug addict I. Shiroky (Nizhnyaya Sinyachikha village), E. and L. Volkov (All Saints Church in Tyumen), N. and L. Ignatovs (St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Church in Biryulyovo). "Bell Center" for those wishing to learn the craft of a bell ringer in the village. Lower Sinyachikha; Anna Cherednikova is taught by Ilya Drozdikhin on the training bells.
