Abstract
In the hall of the Sverdlov Club in the Kremlin are the pioneers of the Sverdlovsk District of Moscow, who have arrived at a rally dedicated to the history of the Red Banners. The pioneers carry on the stage the Red Banner, sent to Moscow by the grandchildren of the Parisian Communards. A military delegation brings on the stage the Victory Banner, which was hoisted in 1945 over the fascist Reichstag; on the stage workers of the plant "Red Proletarian" with the banner sent to the collective of the plant by the workers of China. Speakers: V. I. Rostovtsev, E. D. Stasova, V. A. Emelyanov, S. M. Budyonny. Pioneers with banners presented to the best pioneer squads are standing on the stage. The pioneers kiss the banners.
