Abstract
The town of Grunberg in Lower Silesia, after its capture by the Soviet army. Military industrial enterprises and their products, transported from Berlin and other industrial cities of Germany to the periphery to save them from the raids of the Allied aviation: the metallurgical plant of the company “BEUCHELT? CO "(founded in 1876, produced submarines, machine guns, carriages for anti-aircraft guns, railway fuel tanks, bridge trusses, ammunition); cloth and spinning factory "German Will" (production of fabric for the army). A commission of the commandant's office passes through the entrance of the metallurgical plant - it includes: guard lieutenant colonel S. Kratov, guard major P.I. Mironov and Guard Captain N.S. Kowalski. They inspect the external appearance of the shops and keep records of submarine hulls.
