Abstract
A film about children's games. The heroes of the film are L. Sokolov's grandmother and K. Batanov's granddaughter. L. Sokolova at home talks about her childhood and children's games of the early 20th century (synchronously). Grandmother and granddaughter are looking at an album with old photographs. Drawings from the early 20th century depicting children and their games. Exhibits of the Toy Museum in Sergiev Posad. Pre-revolutionary footage from the Gosfilmofond collection: children are fishing with a net near the river bank; show of models of women's clothing; takeoff and flight of an airplane, balloon; tug of war; children play with dolls, start up a homemade boat; woman jumping in a sack; the steamer "Swallow" is sailing along the river.
