Abstract
General view of an old house on one of the streets of Kurgan. Memorial plaque on the house with the NDP “In this house from 1832 to 1837 lived the exiled Decembrist Andrei Evgenievich Rosen. Memorial plaque on another house of the exiled Decembrist with the NDP "In this house from April 1845 to March 1846 lived the exiled Decembrist Wilhelm Kuchelbecker." View of another of the old houses, where one of the exiled Decembrists also lived. General view of the old house in which the exiled Decembrist Mikhail Mikhailovich Naryshkin lived with his family and where the new Museum of the Decembrists, opened in Kurgan in 1975, is located. Museum staff are engaged in the restoration of museum exhibits, which will be presented in the new exposition of the museum; among them is a bronze exhibit, a clock, one of the pieces of furniture.
