Abstract
The city of Plovdiv. A solemn meeting in honor of the opening of a pulp mill, in the construction of which and installation of equipment Soviet specialists took part. At the meeting are: Minister of Heavy Industry of Bulgaria Tano Tsolov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria Anton Yugov, Charge d'Affaires of the USSR in Bulgaria FI Gryaznov. A welcoming telegram to JV Stalin is read out by the civil engineer Kumanov. Guests and representatives of the workers of the city of Plovdiv enter the plant and inspect it.
