Abstract
The artist S. N. Roerich paints from life in a birch grove, walks in the grove with his wife, Indian film actress Devika Rani Roerich. Nikita Khrushchev, who was in India on a friendly visit, examines an exhibition of paintings by SN Roerich in New Delhi. Opening of an exhibition of paintings by S. N. Roerich in the State Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. Minister of Culture of the USSR E. A. Furtseva cuts the ribbon, opens the exhibition. Pictures of S. N. Roerich: portrait of N. Roerich (father), wife, J. Nehru. A cycle of paintings created in the 1940s: "Shadows of the Past", "Flame of Hope", "The Hermit", "The Magic Flute", "Landscape", "Eternal Life" and others. Devika Rani Roerich and S. N. Roerich talk with the visitors of the exhibition.
