Winter 1941. The location of the units of the Polish army [near Ryazan]. Military tent camp. Changing of the Guard. Teachings of infantry, cavalry, artillerymen. December 14, 1941 Meeting on the platform of the railway station Deputy People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs V. R. Menzhinsky, General V. Sikorsky, representatives of the Polish command and the diplomatic corps. Members of the delegation walk past the formation of Polish soldiers. A military band is playing. Cars move along the street of the village. A parade of troops in honor of the arriving delegation. General V.
