Nixon talks with the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Leonid Brezhnev at a reception in the Kremlin; members of the US delegation W. Rogers, G. Kissinger, representatives of the Soviet leadership N. V. Podgorny, A. A. Gromyko are present at the conversation. Members of the US delegation answer journalists' questions at the International Press Center at the Intourist Hotel. R. Nixon and N. V. Podgorny sign a cooperation agreement. R. Nixon lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Kremlin wall. Representatives of the Soviet and American authorities - W. Rogers and B. V. Petrovsky, Warner and S.
