Pskov region, July, 1944. The destroyed Svyatogorsk monastery: traces of bullets in ancient frescoes, church books on the floor in a heap of rubble. The surviving grave of A.S. Pushkin. A group of scientists and workers of public organizations of the Pskov region are examining the destruction, laying a wreath at the grave of Alexander Pushkin.
