Abstract
The film tells about the work of workers and employees of the Transcaucasian Railway during the Great Patriotic War. Presentation of the banner of the State Defense Committee to the railwaymen of Transcaucasia. Speakers. Convoys with various cargoes are passing by. At work, train compilers, couplers, switchmen, machinists, heads of railway departments. Loading and unloading operations at stations. Trains move through difficult mountainous areas. Women drivers are driving trains. Construction of new sections of the railway line, including tunnels. Friends congratulate FF Kokhreidze, GS Ignadze, AV Tsiklauri on being awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor. Military trains are passing by.
