Abstract
The film tells about the traffic rules, about the work of the ORUD (traffic regulation department) in Moscow. Streets of Moscow, cars are driving along the highway, a policeman is talking with violators of traffic rules. Broken motorcycle, wrecked car on the road. Road accident witnesses talk with a policeman. An ambulance is driving down the street. A policeman detains a drunk man from a car. Road accident: a car knocks down a pole; a man injured in an accident lies on the road. Pedestrians on the streets of Moscow cross the road through an underpass. Cars stop at a red light.
