Abstract
The film tells about the Hero of Socialist Labor, laureate of the Lenin Prize and the USSR State Prize, surgeon Alexander Alexandrovich Vishnevsky. Alexander Aleksandrovich Vishnevsky (1906-1975) in the office of the Institute of Surgery of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences at his desk, talking with colleagues at a covered table, examining a photo album with family and professional photographs, examining patients, talking with a foreign colleague through an interpreter, speaking to students in the audience.
