Chairman of the Moscow City Council LB Kamenev speaks at the rally. Laying wreaths at the monument. Opening of the monument to M. Robespierre (sculptor B.Yu.Sandomirskaya) at the grotto "Ruins" in the Alexander Garden. A French officer, communist Jacques Sadoul speaks at the rally; A.M. Kollontai, People's Commissar of State Charity, translates his speech. The protesters are holding a banner with the inscription: “Long live the Austro-Hungarian revolution!
