Abstract
The film tells about the development of offshore oil fields in the open sea on the Oil Rocks by oil workers in Baku. The film shows how geologists, builders, tradesmen, drilling foremen, overcoming natural forces, in difficult conditions build a flyover, reservoirs, houses of a working village in the open sea, and extract oil. Shows the way of life, living conditions, rest, cultural leisure of workers in the field. Moscow circus artists Evdokia and Svyatoslav Mayorovs perform in front of the oil industry. 3h Professor Murtuza Fatulla oglu Nagiyev in the laboratory of the Institute of Oil of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.
