Abstract
The story of the city of Krasnoturyinsk in the Sverdlovsk region - the center of the aluminum industry - is narrated in the film from the perspective of journalist N. Guseva, who came to work at the editorial office of the city construction newspaper Rabochy Bazstroy. Streets of the city, a museum of local lore, the building of the radio club named after A. Popov ("Popov's House"), an aluminum plant. Production processes in the shops of the plant. Melting aluminum. Construction of new buildings for an aluminum plant. Crane operators are lifting panels, boxes with bricks. Bricklayers work on the walls. Welders weld metal structures. N.
