Abstract
Clearing mines left in the Baltic Sea since World War II. Miners: Lieutenant Commander A. Zaitsev, Petty Officer of the second article N. Shtanko, sailors B. Saranchuk, B. Tulyakov, A. Bulavin neutralize a mine thrown by the sea surf on the shore: they open it, remove the mechanism. Preparing to detonate a mine in the sea: a miner attaches an explosive to a mine, another miner activates a detonator; mine explosion in the sea. A mine caught in the nets of a fishing trawler. The miners swim up to the mine on a boat, remove it from the net, take it away from the trawler on a rope to the open sea and blow it up.
