Present are the British Ambassador to the USSR Carr and the US Ambassador to the USSR A. Harriman. Opening in Moscow of a conference of foreign ministers of the United States, Great Britain and the USSR. The conference participants talk during the break of the conference sessions. Signing of a declaration of 4 states on the issue of general security. Among the signers of the declaration are K. Hell, A. Eden, and the Chinese Ambassador Fu Bin-Chen. Part 2.
