Abstract
A film about the activities of V. I. Lenin during the First World War from 1914 to 1917. The film uses materials from the Institute of Marxism-Leninism under the Central Committee of the CPSU, state film archives, museums, libraries of the Soviet Union. Newsreel footage: fighting on the fronts of the First World War; production processes in the military industry; industrialists and financiers, including: N. A. Vtorov, N. O. Rockefeller, owner of the Krupp concern; statesmen, including: Emperor Wilhelm II of Germany, Emperor of Austria-Hungary Franz Joseph, King George V of Great Britain, Emperor Nicholas II of Russia, Archduke Franz Ferdinand (Austria-Hungary), President of France R. Poincaré; meetings of the governments of Germany, Russia; demonstrations dedicated to the beginning of the war in different countries.
