Abstract
Works of Old Russian painting from the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of Old Russian Art. A. Rublev, State Russian Museum. Corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences BV Raushenbakh says that the so-called reverse perspective of the Middle Ages is the result of a real vision of man. Rauschenbach and painter, engraver I. V. Golitsyn explains the mechanism of obtaining a reverse perspective.
