Brezhnev, V. P. Ruben, E. M. Tyazhelnikov, V. V. Tereshkova, G. M. Markov, B. V. Petrovsky, N. I. Ryzhkov, N. V. Dragunov, VP Provotorov, MF Muravyov, ZI Melnik, DF Galushka, MG Dolzhenkova, PS Kolin, ZP Shmarova, representatives of trade unions of foreign countries. VP Ruben read out the Decree on awarding the trade unions of the USSR with the second Order of Lenin, pin the order to the banner. The Congress of Trade Unions of the USSR is welcomed by students of vocational schools, pioneers. On the sidelines talking delegates to the Congress: A. Stakhanov, A. Fedorov, A. Kh. Busygin, M. Demchenko and others. Statements are read from the rostrum of the Congress: in connection with the US aggression in Indochina, in connection with the situation in the Middle East, in Northern Ireland.
