Jewish pogroms in East Prussia, shot residents of cities: Lvov, Pyatigorsk, Nalchik (Western Ukraine, North Caucasus). Punitive detachments "Nachtigall", "Bergman", commanded by T. Oberlander. Leader of Ukrainian nationalists Stepan Bandera, associate of Oberlander. Moscow city. Press conference of the Extraordinary State Commission for the Establishment and Investigation of the Atrocities of the German Fascist Invaders. The press conference is being held by members of the Commission: Academician T. D. Dysenko, Hero of the Soviet Union V. S. Grizodubova, Metropolitan Nikolai Krutitsky and Kolomensky, Executive Secretary P. I. Bogoyavlensky. Witnesses, eyewitnesses of T. Oberlander's crimes and punitive detachments give testimony.
