Abstract
Olga Plotnikova, tractor driver of the collective farm "In Memory of Ostrovsky", speaks at the 17th Komsomol Congress in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses in support of the proposal of the Central Committee of the Komsomol to organize an All-Union competition for girls of machine operators (sinhr.). Plotnikova talks about her friends, about their characters and attitude to work, shares (synchronously) her plans for the future. Olga is with her family, works and communicates with her friends.
