Abstract
Chronicle of 1918: barricades in Petrograd. Lenin's speech to the troops leaving for the front. Youth at the recruiting station. Seeing the conscripts on the farm. Aeroclub cadets on the airfield. Airplanes take off into the sky. Paratroopers landing. The work of women in production instead of men who went to the front. Women work on the railroad, drive trains. Airplanes are flying, tanks are passing, parachute troops are landing, artillery guns are firing.
