The tenth anniversary of the city of Alma-Ata 4 oct. 1930 Demonstration: columns of workers, pioneers, students, office workers, collective farmers (on horseback, in carts). Parade: infantry and cavalry units are passing by, tanks and armored cars are on the way; members of the government on the podium. Speakers are speaking. The plane scatters leaflets in the air. Collective farmers, state farm workers on a tractor, a combine, milk cows, process furs, cattle graze in the steppe.
