Orel city; streets, a telegraph building, a theater, a hotel, a cinema, a monument to Soviet soldiers who liberated the city during the Great Patriotic War. Halls, exhibits of the Museum of the Russian writer I. S. Turgenev. Workshops of factories: road engineering, tractor spare parts, textile engineering; production processes; workers at work. Conveyor belt of the Oryol watch factory. Attractions in the city park. Children ride on a swing, on a carousel. The townspeople work in their garden and summer cottages. Beekeeper I.N. Logvinov - the initiator of collective gardening - in the garden.
