Adoption of the Tuvan Peoples Republic in the USSR

Meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR (October 11, 1944). A delegation from Tuva is present: Toka - secretary of the Central Committee of the TIRP, Chimba - chairman of the Council of Ministers of Tuva and others, as well as Stalin, Kalinin, Kaganovich and others. Toka reads the declaration of the Tuvan people (Small Khural) with a request to accept the TNR into the USSR. Kalinin and members of the Presidium congratulate the delegates of the People's Republic of China on joining the USSR.
