- Abstract
- The film tells about the life of birds living on the islands of the Barents Sea in the Kandalaksha Nature Reserve. The film includes filming: sea shoals, views of the protected islands of the Barents Sea (landscape). The ornithologist inspects bird nests, rings eiders and other birds, observes the behavior of birds through binoculars. Bird colonies: guillemots, puffins, eiders, cormorants, large sea gulls. Yunnat rock-climbers from the Leningrad Palace of Pioneers provide assistance to the ornithologists of the reserve. Underwater shooting, diving guillemots. Shellfish plantations.
