Anniversary Meeting

The first secretary of the Ulyanovsk regional committee of the CPSU I. M. Kuznetsov makes a report. IF Obraztsov, candidate member of the CPSU Central Committee, presents the Ulyanovsk Region with the Challenging Red Banner of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR and the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions as the winner of the All-Russian socialist competition.
