Anniversary of the Izvestia Newspaper

A ceremonial meeting in the Column Hall of the House of Unions dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Izvestia newspaper. The meeting is opened by the Secretary of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR MP Georgadze. Speakers: chief editor of the newspaper "Pravda" P. A. Satyukov, chief editor of the newspaper "Izvestia" K. A. Gubin. The editorial secretary of the Izvestia newspaper, Semyonov, reads out the greetings sent by the editors of other newspapers.
