Artist Mikhail Nesterov

A film about the life and work of the Russian painter M.V. Nesterov, who wrote poetic religious images associated with the spiritual quest of Russian society, created deep, highly characteristic portraits of Russian culture, in which creative and intellectual personality traits come to the fore. The film includes filming: the vaults of the Vladimir Cathedral in Kiev, the vaults of the Martha-Mariinsky monastery in Moscow, painted with frescoes by M.V. Nesterova. The interiors of the Abramtsevo house near the town of Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region, decorated with paintings by M.V. Nesterov. NDP paintings: "Vision to the youth Bartholomew", "In Russia", "I.P.
