A film about the work of the State Research Institute of Automobile Transport (NIIAT). The Research Institute of Automobile Transport includes a scientific and technical library, laboratories: fuel and lubricants, fuel equipment, labor protection and safety, welding. The institute has developed an experimental electric vehicle and road train for transporting UAZ (off-road vehicles), a method for assessing visibility from the driver's workplace. In the diagnostics department, there is an automatic machine for checking electrical equipment and car ignition. Psychophysical research is being conducted to improve driver training. The computer center solves the problems of vehicle management, the department of experimental and experimental designs prepares blueprints for laboratory and repair equipment. The meeting of the Institute's technical council is chaired by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Dmitry Alekseevich Rubets. NIIAT participates in the work of points of maintenance and repair of automobiles. Develops container and package transportation. Creates control centers for the transportation of vegetables of territorial and regional significance.
