Awarding of the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation

1h The solemn meeting dedicated to the presentation of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor to the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation is opened by the Deputy Minister of Land Reclamation and Water Management of the RSFSR, Chairman of the Board of the Society N. G. Ovsyannikov. Member of the Politburo of the CPSU Central Committee M.S. Solomentsev makes a speech and attaches the order to the Banner of the Nature Conservation Society. N. G. Ovsyannikov speaks in response. Among the members of the presidium is cosmonaut A.G. Nikolaev.
