Brigade Council

November 1969. The best representatives of the collective farm village gathered in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses. The General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Leonid Brezhnev addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. The congress adopted a new exemplary charter - the law of life and work of the collective farm village. The council of the brigade of the collective farm "Rodina" of the Volgograd region is a democratic body of self-government. The members of the council are elected at the general meeting of the brigade and collectively decide (synchronously) production and cultural issues: development of land reclamation, mechanization, harvesting, construction of a livestock complex, work on a farm, distribution of apartments.
