Celebrating May 1st in the Northern Fleet

On the battleship Arkhangelsk, the deputy commander of the ship, Captain 2nd Rank Zakharov read out Stalin's order by May 1. Commander of the Northern Fleet, Admiral Golovko, presents the order of the Red Banner to the commander of the destroyer Grozny, which the ship has been awarded with.
