The plot of the newsreel tells about professional and amateur brass bands of the city of Kuibyshev. The newsreel includes the following filming: Part 1: Views of the city of Kuibyshev: people walk along the streets in the rain, stand at a trolleybus stop, trolleybus movement along one of the streets, the building of the Lutheran Church of St. George on the former Dvoryanskaya street, a monument to A. Pushkinsky in the Pushkin square. View of the city park, the Green Theater.
