The special issue of the film tells about broken lives, drunkenness, and crimes. In the first part, the following filming was used: the city of Kuibyshev. View of the "Rocket" floating on the Volga River. A flock of stray dogs on one of the city streets. Men catch dogs, throw them into a truck. View of the apartment of one of the dysfunctional families: scattered things, dirty dishes, teenagers in the kitchen drinking alcoholic beverages. The car "Seagull" drives along one of the streets of the city. Newlyweds put on rings in the registry office, the groom circles the bride in his arms, the newlyweds and guests in the city park. Women and men in the corridor of the registry office talk about the reasons for the divorce (sinhr.). View of the city beach: empty bottles on the sand, people are sunbathing, young people are drinking alcoholic beverages. In the Kuibyshev boarding school, children talk about drinking parents and the reasons for the deprivation of their parental rights (sinhr.). In the second part, the following filming was used: the city of Kuibyshev. Police officers in one of the apartments where teenagers drank alcoholic beverages; at the police station, a juvenile affairs inspector talks to a teenager. A woman at a court hearing on the deprivation of her parental rights talks about her relationship with her children (sinhr.). View of the ambulance car at the narcological dispensary. The doctor examines a teenager who is intoxicated. View of the monument on the grave with a photograph of a teenager. The stomach is washed out to the young man. Young people on motorcycles "Java" chase a stray dog. In the third part, the following filming was used: the city of Kuibyshev. Interior in one of the apartments: a view of a furniture wall, a collection of crystal. Elderly people watch TV in a nursing home, read magazines, look out the window, talk in a gazebo. Employees set the tables for March 8th: a kind of holiday cake and fruit. Older women talk about the reasons for living in a nursing home (sinhr.). People look at goods in the city clothing market, a man tries on a hat made of a dog's skin, young people sell a cat, a man sells puppies. Treatment of a man suffering from alcohol dependence, hypnosis: the patient lies on the couch in the doctor's office, the doctor walks around the patient. Young people are fighting on the beach. Criminals in one of the correctional labor institutions talk about the crimes committed (sinhr.), Participate in amateur performances. In the IV part, the following filming was used: the city of Kuibyshev. Convicts in one of the correctional labor colonies play musical instruments. Type of flying swifts.
