The film included plots: the 1st "XXVII Congress - 20 Norms" tells about the leading weaver of the Orenburg silk fabrics factory Tamara Fedorovna Yurina. The plot uses the following filming: a view of the workshop of the Orenburg Silk Fabrics Combine. The weaver T.F. Yurina, who has produced one and a half million meters of fabric since the beginning of the five-year plan, having crossed the line of nineteen annual norms, at work at the machine, talks with her partner T.V. Gorlacheva, attends a meeting of weavers, teaches young women workers the skill. The second plot "Drilling Master" tells about the foreman of the Perevolotsk oil and gas exploration expedition VV Lestev. The plot uses the following filming: view of the tower of the Perevolotsk oil and gas exploration expedition in the Orenburg region; the crane is working, the rope is untwisted; drilling foreman VV Lestev talks with a team of workers, fishing on the lake. The third plot "Green Harvest" is dedicated to harvesting at the Gagarin state farm in the Orenburg region. The plot uses the following filming: harvesting grain and preparing silage in the fields of the state farm named after Gagarin; Deputy Director for fodder production N.P. Goncharenko talks with combine operators in the field, talking on the phone in the car. The fourth plot “Comfort, Speed” tells about the L-410 aircraft. The plot uses the following filming: a view of the L-410 aircraft supplied to the USSR from Czechoslovakia through the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance, at the airfield in the city of Orenburg; pilots of the Orenburg joint squadron Vladimir Shatkin and Pyotr Soloviev approach the plane; Vladimir Shatkin at the helm.
