Kuusinen. Nikita Khrushchev is making a speech. Deputies speak in the debate on the report: D. F. Ustinov, E. I. Andreeva, A. I. Tupolev, R. Ya. Malinovsky, S. G. Rashidov, I. V. Kurchatov, V. V. Grishin, N. P. Bazhan, Yu. I. Paleckis, M. A. Suslov and others.
